Ms. Brown will assist you with filing the necessary paperwork, facilitating court hearings, and ensuring the adoption process is smooth, whether for an agency, independent, step-parent , relative, or adult adoption.

Ms. Brown provides personalized services to help clients create simple wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives. She will guide you through the process of ensuring your wishes are clearly documents, giving you peace of mind knowing that your legal and health care decisions are in place, no matter what the future holds.
Guardian ad Litem
Ms. Brown accepts court appointments as Guardian ad Litem for Probate Court matters, ensuring the best interests of the child or incapacitated adult are fully investigated and presented to the court.

Ms. Brown represents clients with criminal misdemeanor and certain felony charges in the six counties of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit, to include Muscogee, Harris, Chattahoochee, Marion, Talbot and Taylor. She also handles adoptions, legitimations, uncontested divorces, and simple estate planning services (such as simple wills, powers of attorney and health care directives. In addition, Ms. Brown serves as Guardian ad Litem and conflict attorney in Superior, Juvenile, Probate and Recorders Courts.

Meet the team
Lindsey Brown is a native of Harris County, Georgia. She graduated from Harris County High School. She then attended The University of Georgia, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, with a minor in Philosophy. She continued her education at Western New England University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2013. Ms. Brown began her legal career in family law, before continuing to the District Attorney's Office, followed by eight years in the Public Defender's Office.
